名古屋・覚王山の田代本通交差点近くにある「チャイニーズレストラン春」。以前は「かみなり家」というラーメン屋さんだったのですが、いつしか中華料理店として生まれ変わりました。
平日のランチタイム。カウンター席に座り、ランチメニューの「炒飯セット」950円を注文しました。
ラーメン＋炒飯というお馴染みの中華セットメニューですが、ラーメンは、醬油、塩、ネギ油叉焼、味噌、もやし、汁あり担々麺（＋100円）の６種類から選べるようになっています。この日は「もやしラーメン」を選択しました。
豚骨スープに緩く縮れた多加水の極細麺、そこに山盛りのもやしとチャーシューがのった「もやしラーメン」。洗練されたラーメンとはいえないかもしれませんが、これが妙に美味しく感じられます。これまた垢抜けない少々濃いめの味付けですが、それ故に病みつきになりそうな「炒飯」もまたイイ感じですね。
外観はあまりコテコテの中華屋さんっぽくはありませんが、夜は一品料理と共にアルコールも楽しめそうな町中華です。
