There were seasonal bonito, makomodake, etc., but this one was not good enough. Particularly delicious was the low-temperature-cooked pork liver with green onion salt, and the low-temperature-cooked liver with a thick texture was wonderfully delicious. Takkanmari soup was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
