猫洞通から覚王山にお引っ越しされた日本料理店。
夜に訪問してみました。
季節のお任せコース11000円一本になります。
お客さんの人数に寄ると思いますが比較的スムーズに料理が提供されてありがたい限り。
先付けから春らしさを感じられるのが良いですね。
個人的にはお造りが和風のカルパッチョ的になっていて好みでした。
鰆は別にスモークしなくても…という気もします。
お肉はそこまで響かず、御飯物が蛤のカツ丼と言う変わり種なのは楽しめました。
デザートもおいしく、紅茶はノリタケの食器で楽しめました。
ドリンクも比較的良心的でありがたいですね。
