11:00開店ですが、早めに入れていただけます。おそらく1回転しているのではないでしょうか。
外まで行列が並んでいても、メニュー限られているし、並んでいるうちに作り始めて席に着いたらすぐに出してもらえます。回転早いです。
薬膳でしょうか？スープを全部飲んでももたれません。私は朝鮮人参酢を注いで味変して〆めます。元気出ます。
調理場もピカピカでスッキリしていて清潔感あり、ご夫婦のこだわりが見えます。
「ありがとうございました、またどうぞ〜」も変わりませんね。
