名古屋一泊の1人旅。最初のランチはずっと行ってみたかったイタリアン。
名古屋に住んでいる友人たちが、口を添えろえて美味しいといっているお店。
ディナーは友人と約束していたので、ここは一番軽めの５５００円の
コースを予約しておきました。パスタとデザートはプリフィックス。
とても楽しみにしていました。とても方向音痴なので、宿泊するホテルから
タクシーでお店へ。電車の乗り換えは怖い。そして、無事予約した時間前に到着。
お店は２階、素敵な店内でした。テーブル席に１人。
ノンアルコールビールでスタート。最初の前菜は帆立のラフランスのカルパッチョ。
帆立が甘く、ラフランスとよく合います。エディブルフラワーの彩りがきれい。
次は、みんなが絶賛していたフォアグラとマンゴー。クリーミーで美味しい。
マンゴーとベストマッチです。マグレ鴨も美味。これか～みんなが絶賛していた料理。
パスタは４種類から選べたので、かなり悩み、ホッキ貝と白ミル貝とカラスミの
アーリオオーリオにしました。パスタはフェデリーニの乾麺です。
パッパルデッレの蝦夷鹿のラグーも気になったんですが、貝が大好きなんです。
私がいただいたパスタはかなりのアルデンテ。菜の花が鮮やか。
カラスミもたっぷり。自家製フォカッチャも美味しい。
デザートも選べるので、栗のパンナコッタにしました。
コーヒーもゆっくりいただき、ホテルまでは、頑張って電車でホテルへ。
夜も明日会う友人との会食も楽しみ。
