クリスマスシーズンに念願のガッルーラを利用させていただきました✨
名古屋のイタリアンでは最高峰と言われるこちらのお店
こんなにも美味しいイタリアンは初めてでした…✨
世界三大珍味のトリュフ、キャビア、フォアグラはもちろん、伊勢海老やずわい蟹、雲丹やいくらなど高級食材をふんだんに使用した素晴らしいコース料理でした！
帆立にフランボワーズのソースや、甘海老に苺のジェラートなど、塩気と甘味の混ざり合う変わったお料理が多くありましたが、不思議とパクパク食べれちゃうたまらない美味しさでした。。
「クリスマスプレゼントです」と、手土産にグリッシーニをいただき、スタッフやシェフの方がお外までお見送りして下さり、最後まで気持ちよくお食事を楽しむことができました。
何より楽しそうにワインのお話をしてくださるスタッフの皆さんが好印象でした！
高級店なので滅多に行けませんが、またいつか必ず伺いたいお店です。
