今年の娘の誕生日に用意したバースデーケーキは、名古屋市瑞穂区の雲雀ケ丘にあるパティスリー・シェ・コーベの「タルトフリュイ」です。
今ではミシュラン☆に輝く近くのフランス料理店から、かれこれ40年近く前にスピンアウトした老舗の洋菓子屋さんで、名古屋で正統派フランス菓子をいただこうと思ったら忘れてはならない店のひとつです。コロナの影響なのか焼菓子売場になっていましたが、以前は２Ｆがサロンになっていて、若かりし頃に何度か利用させていただいた記憶があります。
この日は予約もせずに伺ったので、ショーケースに並んでいるものから物色することになったのですが、直ぐにお目当ての「タルトフリュイ」が見つかりました。
ただ、ショーケースの中の「タルトフリュイ」は15センチサイズしかありません。この大きさではとても食べきることができないので、もうひと回り小さなサイズのものはないかとお伺いしたところ、「15分ほどお時間をいただければ…」と嬉しいご回答をいただきました。
12センチの「タルトフリュイ」は2,970円。サクサクのタルトに正真正銘のフレッシュフルーツが目一杯盛られた豪華なビジュアルです。
いただいてみれば、期待どおりのフルーツの瑞々しさはもとより、上品な甘さのカスタードクリームも実に安定した美味しさ。ケーキの箱の上に色とりどりの花弁を散らすなど、なかなかニクイ演出をしてくれるのも嬉しいですね(^^)
これなら、どこへ持っていっても喜ばれることは間違いありません。
駐車場は店の前に３台分ほど。支払は主要なクレジットカードが利用可能です。
