'シェ・コーベ'のケーキ屋さん
場所は八事のパンのトラ斜め向かいくらいでした。
松坂屋南館の方も行ったことありましたが
こちらの店舗もイートインありで、
平日の昼間だった事もあり
落ち着いて買えて
接客もシェフがお迎えやお見送りしてくれてたりと
素敵でした♪
思ってたシャインマスカットのタルトは売り切れでしたが…
代わりにイチジクのタルトにして
数種類買って帰って、家族と食べました(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
タルト生地も分厚くしっかりしてて
アーモンド系の味で濃厚でした
ピスタチオはチョコと混ざって優しめの風味
中にもクランベリーやチョコムースが入ってました。
他に日持ちする和栗プリンも購入
また食べるのが楽しみ！

三つ入りが1番少ない個数
一つからでも売ってたかな…
プリンだけど、結構和な雰囲気で栗は熊本のものを使ってるようです。
強すぎないけど、優しい栗風味
舌触りも滑らかでとろっとしてる？！モッタリ感というよりは、軽めあっさりめでした。
