名古屋ではわりと長くご商売を続けられている洋菓子屋さん。レストランもあり、そちらは店舗の場所が少し離れているので間違えないように要注意。
上品な甘さのクリームときめ細かいジェノワーズ。とても上質なショートケーキを堪能できます。とにかく生地とクリームがおいしいので、あまり予想多く足し算したようなケーキではなくシンプルな組み立てのケーキがこちらのお得意ですし、お勧めです。
特に接客に力を入れておられるのが伝わってきます。扉の開け閉めや、駐車場から道路に出る際にゴッホの安全確認をやってくれるパティスリーなんてそうはないと思います。もちろん時間帯にはよるでしょうけども。とても良い気持ちで店を後にすることができます。こういうのは絶対に味に対する印象も変わってくると思うんですよね。人間の舌は体調やメンタルのコンディションに左右される要素が多いので、やっぱりいい気分の時に食べる料理やスイーツは、特別美味しく感じるものですから。
