本当によく通っていたお店です

店内の落ち着くカウンターで
アシェットデセールをいただけるのも楽しみでした
友人宅に遊びに行く時には
沢山のケーキを買ってジャンケン大会
《もちろん買った人から好きなケーキを選ぶルール》
…のはずなのに
勝っても…いつも決まって
遠慮と譲り合いばかりの友人達
も〜っ！いつまで経っても決まんないじゃん！
と笑い合っていたのが懐かしく思い出されます
誕生日や記念日にもよく利用させていただきました
でも…名古屋にも美味しいお店が沢山でき
いつしか足が遠のいてしまっていましたが
今回は久しぶりに記念日用のケーキのオーダーしました
直前の依頼でしたがワガママをきいてくださり
通常販売されている『クレオクール』を
ホールケーキに仕立てていただき
バラやフルーツも盛りだくさん♡の
豪華で美しい
ベリーとホワイトチョコレートのムースになりました

以前からこちらのお店はホスピタリティー抜群✨
出入り口の扉の開閉や車の誘導
店内には豪華な生花が飾られて
ケーキの箱の周りには花びらを添えてくださるのも
昔と変わらないサービスでした
ただ…パティシエが
もしかしたらこの頃
よく代わっているのでしょうか？
前のような風味豊かなムースではなく
甘さに頼った美味しさになってしまった気がしました
店内でいただけたアシェットデセールも
もう数年前からいただけなくなっていて
せっかく八事の丘の上の素敵なお店なのに
少し残念な気持ちになりました
