名古屋大学近くにある創業26年目を迎える薪釜焼ピッツァとイタリア料理のお店。
本場イタリア直輸入の薪窯でピッツァ職人が作る焼きたてナポリ風ピッツァは、400℃の高温で一気に短時間で焼き上げるため、外は香ばしくパリっと、中はもっちりしていて、若い頃は良く来たなぁと思った。
クレームブリュレのセット (630円）を食べた。
通し営業のお店は、やっぱり便利だなって思った。
