2023.7.28(fri) 初訪
桜山にある「芳乃家」さんは、手打ちの幅広きしめんで有名なお店です。
18時過ぎに到着。
駐車場は、店舗の裏側に3台分あります。
店舗は老舗感のある佇まいで
入り口にかかっている暖簾も雰囲気が出ています。
店内はコンパクトな作りで
年配のご夫婦がふたりで切り盛りされていました。
メニューは豊富にあるものの
初めてなのでお店の看板メニューであるきしめんをいただきます。

⚫︎きしめん定食 ミニ味噌カツ丼付き
きしめんは、幅5ｃｍくらいありそうな幅広麺！
こんなに幅のある麺は初めてで
一般的なきしめんのようにツルっとすすることはできないです。
跳ね返ってくる弾力とコシのある麺でツルツルとした食感が特徴的です。
麺ですが、少しずつ食べていく感じでしたので
ある意味麺ぽくはないかもしれません。
また、幅広いだけではなく長さもあります。
お箸で持つと重さも感じられ、ツルツルと滑るので不慣れな私は食べにくさも感じました。
お出汁は名古屋らしくしっかり濃いめ。
優しい風味が好みの方には、ちょっと濃いかもしれません。
