幅広きしめんのお店です。 |
名古屋市の中心街から少し離れた桜山あたりにあるきしめん屋さん。
店内は昔ながらの味がある雰囲気で、落ち着いています。
「えびおろしきしめん」を注文。
通常のきしめんも幅が広いですが、この店は群馬の「ひもかわうどん」と同じくらい
幅が広くもちもちとした食感が特徴です。
以前食べた「ひもかわうどん」はつるつると滑らかな食感でしたが
ここは厚みもあり少し粉っぽいごわっと感もあるので「ほうとう」に近いかもしれません。
とにかく麺のインパクトが凄いです。
麺自体に少し塩味を感じるので、食べていてつゆの味が無くなってきても
美味しく食べ進める事が出来ました。分厚いので嚙む回数が増えます。
もちもちで噛み応えがあります。
天ぷらはシンプルな具材ですが、サクッと揚がっており美味しいです。
のりは衣無しで揚げていて面白かった。
大根おろしでさっぱりと食べる事が出来ます。
お酒はビールだけのようですが突き出しがあるのが嬉しいです。
中心街から離れているからか価格帯が安めな印象です。
地元の方が多い感じでした。
名古屋観光で普段と違うきしめんを食べたくなったら
足を運んでみるのが良いかもしれません。
