お昼の12:00前に一人でﾗﾝﾁに伺いました｡
既に3組ほどお客様がいて､私の後にも4組のお客様がお見えになっていました｡
注文したのは
贅沢ﾗﾝﾁ\1200
･早春の蒸し寿司
･畑の串焼き
･煮豆
･Vegeﾎﾞｰﾙとほうれん草の青汁
･抹茶とﾎﾜｲﾄﾁｮｺのｶﾞﾄｰ
蒸し寿司は桜でんぶが高野豆腐を甘く味付けしたもの｡
しぐれは小麦ｸﾞﾙﾃﾝを甘辛く煮付けられたもの｡
海老とかまぼこも本物みたいだけど､実は大豆ﾀﾝﾊﾟｸで作られてるみたいでした｡
錦糸卵は卵でした｡
目にも鮮やかな蒸し寿司普通に食べると全然普通にちらし寿司なんですが､そこには工夫がいっぱいで見ても食べても楽しいお寿司でした(^O^)
畑の串焼きも揚げでできていますがﾀﾚで鶏肉を食べてるような味わいになっています｡
青汁も落ち着く薄味で美味しかったです!!

内容は2週間ごとに変わるみたいです｡
広いお店ではないですが､3人で回されていて私が行ったときは混んでいたので忙しそうでした｡
帰りにﾌﾞﾛｸﾞを見たという特典で小さなﾚﾓﾝのｹｰｷを頂きました♪
ｷﾚｲな店内で一人でも知人を連れてでも気軽に行けるお店です(^^)
