最後の〆ラーは忘れずに。

安定だが実際ハマる味わい。
辛みはそこそこに、出汁感をしっかり引き連れ
野菜やミンチから流れ出る旨味を掴んで離さない
心強いスープは、具材へのコートも忘れない。
アサリをトッピングすることで後半の〆ラーに対し
ワンポイント加えた旨味が楽しめるのも良い。

大量の唐辛子で安定の辛味、鶏ガラに醤油と大蒜で
間違いないバランス配分。
そこへアサリから流れ出る旨味が加えられ
奥深さ抜群の逸品へ。程よくジャンク感を演出してくれる
ニラとミンチ、モヤシも相まって中毒性もアップしており
後半にはとっておいた牛モツをぶるんと口に含めば
アルコール類との相性も堪らない仕様へ。

抗えない、中毒性抜群の此方。
センマイ刺しと旨辛きゅうりで一杯やりながら
鍋の完成を待つ時間も幸せ。
醤油ベースにガラの旨味、溶け出す野菜や
ミンチのパワータイプな味わいは言わずもがなクセになり
物足りなくなった頃に投入する
追い大蒜は堪らないの一言に尽きる。
