◾️予約・待ち時間
予約して訪問。直前に予約。貸切状態。ワンオペになるので、アラカルトの注文は無しでコースのような提供になるとの連絡をいただいた。
◾️アクセス・外観
御器所駅から5分くらい。可愛らしい外観のこぢんまりとした雰囲気の外観。
◾️席数・内観
席数は15席で、内装は明るいカフェのような感じ。イタリアにトリップしたかのよう。
◾️スタッフ・サービス
奥さんが一人で切り盛りされている。サーブが遅くなると言われたが、ゆっくり飲むタイプなので気にならなかった。
◾️メニュー
トスカーナ料理。以前は旦那さんが担当でかなりのメニュー数があったようだが、奥さんが引き継ぎ、メニューは絞っているようだ。

・三種おつまみ
・リコッタチーズいちじく
・生ハム、パテカン
・タンバリンオムレツ
・レモンパスタ
・トリッパ
・ドルチェ
…どれも手が込んでいて、トスカーナのちょっと良い家庭料理のような雰囲気。リコッタチーズやドルチェが美味しい。
◾️ドリンク
・モレッティ…一杯目はイタリアビール。すっきりしていて美味しい。トマトに合う。
・白、赤ワインデキャンタ…ボトル半分サイズと一回り大きいサイズが選べる。どちらも果実味が強く明るめの楽しいワイン。
トスカーナならではの料理をたくさんいただけました。雰囲気も家庭的で落ち着いて食べれました。
