This is a self-Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located about 8 minutes walk from Gokisho Station. We made a reservation the day before, but when we arrived, we were the only customers and it seemed lonely. I feel more at ease because there are no other customers, but I'm worried about whether it'll be okay with this many customers even though it's a weekday. At this restaurant, you search for the meat you want to eat from the refrigerated space near the cash register, and pay each time at the cash register nearby. Drinks are self-purchased from vending machines. Does the thick-sliced tongue look like it? That's what it felt like, but the taste and texture were kind of hearty. Maybe we're wrong, but I wonder if there are people who eat this blind and think it's Cow tongue. In any case, it had a bit of a smell and didn't taste good, and I wish it had been sliced thinner. The roaster also has a small roasting area and poor equipment. I'm not saying they should use charcoal, but I wish they had a better roaster. Honestly, I have some doubts about Other meat quality as well. The red meat was advertised as aged meat, but it was very ordinary without any strong flavor or aroma. At this restaurant, I think it's best to eat something fatty like short ribs, pickled in the sauce, and stuffed with rice. Overall, I thought the concept of self-serve Yakiniku (Grilled meat) at a low price was interesting, but I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the meat. In particular, the thick-sliced Cow tongue was the worst of all the thick-sliced Cow tongue I've ever had, and it didn't taste like Cow tongue at all. The staff's customer service was very good, but I don't think I will visit again. Anyway, thank you for the meal.
