この日の夕食用に唐揚げをテイクアウト。選んだお店は「丸与商店 桜山店」さん。
場所は桜山駅の8番出口上がってすぐ。19時過ぎで、男性が3名程お待ちです。
お弁当のお客さんが多いみたいですが、私は唐揚げ18個の丸与パック(1,200円)で。こちらは6個ずつ3種類の味が選べるので、定番・コンソメ・ピリからで。
ちなみに二人分ですw
偶々なのか保温ケース内の唐揚げが無くなったので、私のは揚げたて。味付けはパウダー状の物をボウルで合わせてます。トータル15分ぐらいで購入完了。早く帰ってビールと共に食べましょう。
お皿に移すとパッと見の違いは有りません。まずは定番から。しっかりめの下味に肉は柔らかで美味しい。コロモはサクッとなんですが、ソフトと言うか初めての感じ。不思議な食感。
ピリからは予想どおりちょいピリぐらいですが、コンソメが思いの外塩っぱめ。ビールが進みます。
他の味も試してみたいです。ごちそうさまでした‼︎
