I heard that shabu shabu is pretty delicious even among the all-you-can-eat options, so I decided to give it a try. The store is located on Takiko-dori, Showa-ku, Nagoya City...about 40 minutes walk from Kanayama Station...☺️ Showa-ku is big. As someone from the ``5 o'clock SAT Magazine'' generation, I had the mistaken impression that the Takamine-cho area of Showa Ward was the center of Showa Ward... (lol) Now, let's get to the point. Kagonoya offers three types of all-you-can-eat shabu shabu. Among them, we will challenge the 120-minute battle by ordering the ``Highly Selected Beef Course'' (lol) First, we chose two options: hotpot soup stock, kelp soup stock, and yuzu salt soup stock. Meat is ordered only from top-quality beef and carefully-selected pork. The dipping sauce is sesame sauce and ponzu sauce. The taste of the beef is worth the price. Timing of cooking is important...and pork. It was absolutely delicious. Personally, I like the all-you-can-eat shabu shabu menu, where you can eat plenty of beef and pork, and you can also eat lots of vegetables.
