まぜそば ときわを訪問しました。
食べログ検索をしていたら、たまたま引っかかったお店です。
場所は環状線 瑞穂通１丁目交差点を西進するとすぐ左手です。
ちなみにこの交差点は御器所方面から右折では入れませんのでご注意ください。
２１時前の訪問です。
先客は常連さんらしき１人でした。
店内は２人掛けカウンター４組計８席のみの構成で、
おじさんワンオペでラジオが流れています。
う～ん、昭和と平成がぐっちゃぐちゃになった何とも言えない雰囲気です…。
早速注文します。
台湾まぜそば（790円）
１０分ほどで到着しました。
いざ、ごたいめ～ん！
なんかものすごくシンプルですね…。
早速まぜまぜしていただきます。
うん、惜しいです。
この台湾まぜそば、もやしが結構多めに入っています。
ミンチ単体なら辛さ自体はあるのですが、
もやしの水分で辛さが薄まってしまった感じです。
おかげさまでタレも水分多めのしゃびしゃびな感じになってしまいました…。
追い飯もまるで雑炊をいただいているような…。
常連さんと近隣の学生さんがメインの客層で成り立っているかもしれません。
