だいぶ前は御器所の交差点近くにあったお店。
以前は中華そばが主体であったのが、こちらに移転されてからまぜそば中心に。
こじんまりした店内はL字のカウンターの中で年配の店主さん？が。
先客はいませんので、じっくりメニューを選びます。
たしかにいろいろなまぜそばがありそうですが、台湾まぜそば以外は味が想像できませんね。
豚肉まぜそば（950円）なるものをいただきます。
親父さんのワンオペで10分程度で到着です。
麺量はそれほどありませんね。
甘辛めに煮てある豚肉は柔らかく、紅生姜と合いますね。
麺も中太麺で胡麻油がきいたタレとなかなか合う。
あっという間に完食です。ちょっとたれの油は多めかな。
この値段と量だとちょっとCPは悪いですが、ほっとする味です。
