おまかせランチ800円を頂きました。ワンプレート（ハンバーグデミグラスソース、フライ２種、野菜ソテー、サラダ、果実2種）、スープ、白飯の構成です。
140gのハンバーグは楕円形の外観。断面からは肉汁が滴るタイプ。しっかりした食感の肉塊にはコクのあるデミグラスソースが合う。
葉野菜のサラダは瑞々しく、果実系の仄かな酸味のドレッシングが覚醒。
白身の魚フライはホクホク食感。店主が釣り上げた稚鮎は苦味が立つ。旨い。
野菜ソテーはズッキーニ、茄子、南瓜。油っぽさはなく、惣菜のバリエーションを楽しめる趣向。
スープは貝柱が入る味わい。
果実はシナモンが覆う苺、オレンジ、バナナ。
総じて、良質ランチ。ワンプレート上で多種な料理が楽しめる。仕込みは大変であろう。ハンバーグ等は鉄板で焼き上げるタイプ。ダイニングは卓席の他にカウンタ席が数席あるので一人でも気軽に入れる。他のメニューも気になる。次回の楽しみとしよう。
