This Gyoza / Dumpling Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) is located along the Loop Line, about a 4-minute walk from Sakurayama Station on the Sakuradori Subway Line. It's only open for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so I decided to give it a try. There is no parking lot, so head to the store from nearby Coinpa. At 1pm on a Saturday, there was one group of customers in front of me who were on a girls' night out drinking beer from noon, and one group of customers after me. The exterior is a two-story rowhouse that gives off a sense of the times, but the interior has a modern and stylish feel, and there is a good lineup of alcoholic beverages, including shochu bottles and shochu bottles lined up on the counter, so it looks like you'll be able to enjoy it at night. From the 5 types of lunch menu, mainly Gyoza / Dumpling, I ordered the `` Gyoza / Dumpling Set Meal (Large)'' for ¥800, which comes with ``Sakurayama Gyoza / Dumpling'' and ``Gattsuri Gyoza / Dumpling.'' At this time, the young woman seemed to be working alone, and everything was prepared in about 5 minutes, in that order, side dishes, rice, and Gyoza / Dumpling, and she prepared the sauce by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil, which were placed on the counter. I'll take it from ``Sakurayama Gyoza / Dumpling'' contains shiso leaves, which give off a nice aroma that will leave you feeling refreshed. The other ``Gattsuri Gyoza / Dumpling'' literally has just the right amount of garlic. However, don't worry, it's not too heavy. Both dishes contain plenty of sweet pork, but the balance with the vegetables is so good that you can easily eat as much as you want. Small dish of bok choy topped with a soy sauce-based sauce is a delicious side dish that, along with the bean sprouts, leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. Each Gyoza / Dumpling was quite large and made my stomach swell. Thank you for the meal.
