今回は各国料理巡り。
行ってきたのは桜山にある「moi」というお店。
北欧系の雰囲気が楽しめるカフェらしいという情報と、ここのお店ではカレーが人気らしいという情報から興味を持っていたのでランチで利用してみることにしました。
場所は桜山駅から西に向かって徒歩で５分程度のところ。静かなエリアにある建物の一階部分にありました。
中に入り、早速メニューを確認すると狙いのカレーはあったのですが、他に「ショットブッラル」という見慣れないものを発見。
スウェーデンの国民的料理なんだとか。
これ気になるわ〜ということで、迷った挙句"ショットブッラルプレート"を注文。
主食はライスor米粉パンorライ麦パンから、ソースはクリームソースとジャムorトマトから選べます。
主食はライス、ソースはクリームソースとジャムにしました。
ライスはおかわりできるそうです。
支払は1,000円でした。
◎料理・味…デリ風プレート的なつくりでおしゃれ感と丁寧さがありました。
料理数が多くて良かったし、珍しいもの食べられたし、満足です。
・ショットブッラル
スパイシーなミートボールとマッシュポテトやクリームソース、ベリージャムと合わせて食べるスウェーデン料理らしいです。
ミートボールにジャムという組み合わせ、違和感ありましたが食べてみると全然アリ。むしろおいしい。こんな食べ方もあるもんなんだなぁと感心しました。
マッシュポテトを混ぜるとまろやかになります。
他にも枝豆、生ハム、レタスサラダもあり、なかなか豪華なプレートでした。
・ライス
普通の白米。量は茶碗に小盛りぐらいなので少なければおかわりですね。
ライ麦パンの方がよりそれっぽくなりそうな気がしましたが、ショットブッラルとご飯も全然合います。
◎サービス…フードメニューの数は多くないものの珍しいものがあるので気になります。
お店の方は丁寧で家庭的。とても感じ良く、気持ち良く食事できました。
◯雰囲気…確かに北欧チックです。こじんまりしたかわいらしい雰囲気。それでいて不思議とアットホーム。
静かで落ち着いてもいるので食事とるにもいい感じ。
◯コスパ…これで1,000円ジャストなら上々なのでは？
◎総合…行ってみて正解。
スパイス好き、チーズ好き、珍しいもの好き、ボリュームも大事、な自分にとってはストライクな料理。
加えてお店の方の対応も良し、雰囲気も良し、なので文句ありません。
