自家製のクロワッサンと、
焼き菓子、
スペシャルティコーヒーのお店。
オープン以来人気で、
購入制限があるのと、
週末という事もあってか、
常に少しずつ並んでいる状態でした。
6種類ほど並んだクロワッサンの中から、
プレーン\280 と、
パン・オ・ショコラ\330、
グァテマラ ファミリア・ヒメネス\500、
をお願いしました。
クロワッサンは温めてくださいます。
層は少なめで、
気泡も少なめで、
素朴な味わいのクロワッサン。
優しく、食べ飽きない感じです。
ゆっくりと、
丁寧に淹れたグァテマラは、
コクとほのかな苦味のバランスが良く、
美味しいです。
バニラのクッキー\280は、
お持ち帰りに。。。
少し厚めの生地は、
バニラビーンズが香り高く、
アーモンドプードルも入って、
少しコクもあって、
とても美味しいです♪
お店の方は、
お忙しいのにとても感じが良く、
くるくると動いてらっしゃいます。
外に並んでる方がいるので、
ゆっくりはしませんでしたが、
とても良い朝になりました☆
