感想はかなり長文になりそうなのですが、
お得なペアリングがあり
グラスワインもそれぞれ良かったですし
日本酒も選べたりで★
デザートの前はシェフお得意のチーズがでて
デザートワインもひさひざに。
和モダンなお皿だったり使い方も綺麗。
前におられたブラッセリーブルゴーニュとはまた雰囲気もガラッと変わって、格式高くなったように思います
それでも、シェフは物腰が低い謙虚な姿勢ですごく好感が持てます。
ここで出てくるパンも種類あって自家製で本格的
おいしかったです！
お料理は魚料理が好みの雰囲気でよかった
デザートもこだわりがあって、ここのオリジナルのものが一番おいしいです ←食べてからのお楽しみです！
