この日は名古屋市の杁中でお昼。
入ったお店は「COD coffee」。
場所は名古屋市昭和区隼人町。
杁中郵便局の隣です。
「VOLONT Group」が展開するカフェです。
このお店オープンに伴い、「PASTA POOL di VOLONT」が、
2023年1月で閉店なんだそうです。
「PASTA POOL di VOLONT」と言えば、
「食べログ イタリアン EAST 百名店 2021」選出店。
何だか勿体無いですね…。
話を「COD coffee」に戻します。
入店は12時頃。
16席の店内は8分程度埋まり具合。
客層は若年の女性オンリー。
気後れしつつ一人であることを伝えると、
奥のカウンター席へ案内して下さいました。
注文は1月のメニューから、トリュフエッグサンドを選択。
スープ、サラダ、ドリンク付きです。
ドリンクは珈琲でお願いしました。
7分ほどでお料理が仕上がりました。
先ずはスープから。
量は申し訳程度ですが、味は上々。
滑らかで素材の旨味が活きています。
サラダは酸味の効いたドレッシング。
こちらも悪く無いですね。
そして、トリュフエッグサンドです。
女性でも二口で食べられそうなサイズの物が4切れ。
小食の私には充分な量ですが、
普通の大人の方なら物足りなく感じるかも知れません。
味は美味しくない訳が無いですよね。
卵のトロトロ加減も絶妙ですし、
そこにトリュフの香りは反則です。
上にサッと散らしたチーズも憎いですね。
最後は珈琲で余韻を楽しみました。
このお店には、また来たいと思います。
