前日からパスタ気分でどうしてもパスタを
食べたいが酔った様なパスタは食べたくは
ない。明日から２週間連続出勤がわかって
いるだけに外したくないのだ。食べログの
名古屋市でイタリアンでひたすら検索をし
ようやく良さげな店舗発見。
調べるとボラントさんグループの様で以前
はカフェメインだった様ですが現在は所謂
ボラントさんと同様のメニュー構成の様子。
池下は閉店してしまいましたがイメージと
しては此処に移転した様な感じなのかな？
駐車場は隣の郵便局の横に有。勾配のある
入口を降りると奥から６台分完備。店名が
掲げられているので其方へ停めて。定刻の
少し前でしたが既にお客様は入っています。
ワタクシも入店しカウンター奥へ陣取る。
メニューは前菜やデザートが付くコースも
ありますが季節パスタとグランドメニュー
を揃えています。グランドから多分これを
以前も頼んだであろうパスタをお願いする。
■黒トリュフ ポルチーニ茸 ラグー クリームソース
濃厚なソースにモチモチの生パスタは間違
いなくボラントさんのモノ。具材たっぷり
で満足度高いです。気軽にしかもお値打に
このレベルが頂けるのは有難い。美味い☆
総じて、
コースは事前予約が必要な様ですが間違い
なくコースの方が楽しめるかなと。次回は
予約してコースとして楽しみないかなと。
手軽にそしてお値打ちに頂ける生パスタ、御馳走様でした☆
