お昼のランチで伺いました。今回は暖かいそばなので、二八蕎麦でお願いしました。こちらの鴨南そばは、若干お高い価格ですが、鴨肉も柔らかく焼いた葱と一緒に頂くと、とても美味しく好みの食感と味です。

ランチで伺いました。ヘルシーにと思い湯葉蕎麦を注文しましたが、一緒に行った友人が鴨の塩焼きと山菜の天麩羅を食べたいと言い一緒に注文しました。しばらくして鴨の塩焼きが提供され頂きました。おすすめだけありお肉は柔らかく葱との相性は良く美味しく頂きました。山菜の天麩羅も蕗の薹、こごみ、タラの芽と3種類で蕗の薹は程よい苦味で春の味を感じること出来ました。
蕎麦も提供され頂くと沢山の湯葉が入っていて湯葉の柔らかい味でお出汁も優しい味になり美味しく頂きました。
