名古屋市役所近くにある昭和のにおいがぷんぷんするお店。
店内にはいっても昭和にタイムスリップしたような感じがします。
ほんとはきしめんとかつ丼を注文しようかと思っていましたが、昼おそくにきたのでごはんものはもうできないとのこと(*´Д｀)。残念ですが、天ぷらきしめんだけ注文します(*´Д｀)
出汁はスッキリしていてうまいですね～(^^♪
麺はかなり柔らかめですね。持ち上げると少しキレちゃうくらい。
ちょっとやわらかすぎるかな。
揚げは甘めでふっくら。
天ぷらも思ったよりしっかりしてて、えびもぷりぷりですね。
今度はかつ丼を食べに来ます！
