先日、オムライスの口になり、こちらに程近いお店にお邪魔しました。
にもかかわらず、オムライスの口が短期間に再発したため(重症)前々から気になっていた、こちらを訪問することに。
先輩レビュアーさんからのコメントにもありますが、昼にはランチセットかオムライスの2択となるのですが、店内のレイアウトはまさに居酒屋です。
11時半くらいに店舗着。
店員さん「この時間帯、ランチかオムライスになりますが…どう…」
ぽ 「オムライスでっ！」
ごめんなさい。ご説明をぶった切ってしまいました。
オムライスの口になってしまった僕が悪いんです…。
さて10分もせずに着皿。
キレイ♪
デミのかかり方といい、卵がもうなめらかであろう事が視覚的に伝わってきます♪
さて、早速…。
卵は中がジュクジュクというのではなく…まさに火の入れ方を絶妙にしたプレーンオムレツ、という感じ。
外は崩れることなく、でも中は「しっとり」という感じです。
そして、卵を割ってみたのですがドロッと液状化をする事は全くなく。でもしっとりであろう事が視覚でもはっきりしたのでした。素晴らしい…。
さて…その中に隠れているケチャップライスですが…
ふむ。
ベッタリというものではなく、大げさに言えばチャーハン的なややパラパラ感さえ感じる日の入り具合です。ケチャップ味はやや控えめ、というところです。
これはこれで美味しい♪。
さて、デミ。
こいつが一番外観からは味の想像が難しいものですが…甘味は控えめ、むしろ旨味と酸味が前に出ています。
今の時代、いろんなデミを口にできるようになっていて、冷凍食品などでも簡単にお目にかかる事が出来ますし、一口にデミと言っても多種多様ですよね。
僕が今までになく一番甘味が控えめで酸味がやや主張が強めに、感じました。
個人的には…もう少し甘味あるといいなぁ…と思いましたが、これが好きな方にはたまらないかも…♪
丁寧なお仕事をされているんだろう、と感じるオムライスでした。
