2023年蕎麦巡り28店舗目
丸の内付近で仕事を終えて、蕎麦屋探索をしようと思い、栄周辺でまだ来たことがないこちらのお店に伺いました。
場所は、地下鉄浅間町駅から徒歩5分ほど。押切の交差点をすぎたところにお店はあります。
内外観は、ザ蕎麦屋といった雰囲気。緑の暖簾がいい味です。
店内に入るとテーブル席が四席、座敷席が二席ありました。
メニューを開いて驚いたのが、蕎麦の価格。
物価高の昨今において、手打ちの二八蕎麦600円は安いです。メニュー内容は蕎麦屋の定番。つまみも蕎麦屋らしく、鴨や玉子焼きなど王道です。
この日は訪問した時間が遅かった事もあり、十割は品切れで、二八で注文しました。
オーダーしたのは
・天ぷらせいろ
・追加蕎麦
・辛味大根
蕎麦は、細打ちながら切れなどは無く、食感が良かったです。辛汁は、色は薄めですが薄さを感じる事はなく、甘さは控えめ。
全体的に味は、先日伺った鶴舞の蕎麦店に似ている感じがしましたが、個人的にはふたばさんの方が好きです。
天ぷらは、海老、南京、茄子、大葉、さつまいもとオーソドックスですが、海老が他店より多めでした。
お店の接遇担当の方の対応が非常に丁寧で、好印象でした。
わたしの好みが挽きぐるみの荒っぽい蕎麦ですので、上記の評価を付けましたが、好みによってはそれ以上に感じる方も多々いらっしゃると思います。
