2023年4月_土曜日の12:32頃に初訪問。
コチラの「手打蕎麦 ふたば」さんは、浅間町駅から西方面に位置する人気の蕎麦屋さん。
過去に2〜3度、夜に訪れるも、オフィシャルな営業時間より前に、売り切れのためか、暖簾が外されていて、その都度入れず、今回数年がかりの初訪問になりました(^^)
入店すると、テーブル席が2席空いており、待ちなく入店・着席。
メニューを確認すると、春限定メニューが気になり、その中から

をオーダー。
それから約6分ほどで、山菜天せいろが到着。
タラの芽、こごみ、茗荷、こしあぶら、椎茸などの天ぷら、ボリュームあって、揚げ具合も良く、美味いですネ〜。
お蕎麦も喉ごし良く、ツルツルと美味しく頂きました♪
お店のホールを仕切る女性の方は、アットホームな温かみある応対で、居心地良いです(^^)
