蕎麦湯まで美味しいふたば
2015/03/26訪問
お昼になるとできる行列をみていて、美味しいんやろうなと期待に胸を膨らませてお昼にお客さんの接待で初めて訪問しました
というても実は僕はあまり蕎麦が好きな人間ではありませんが(^^;;
12:30過ぎに店に着くとお店の席は満席で、1組待ちの状態です
程なくしゃべっていると席も空き、メニューを
見て2人とも天セイロを注文しました
二人とも良く食べるため、追加のせいろを頼もうとしたら、女将さんに食べれそうなら追加してねと言われました
天セイロが着丼して、蕎麦の少なさに2人ともにビックリ 結果追加でせいろを定員に頼むと
少しして女将さんが現れて、
「蕎麦がなくなるのでゴメンなさい 並んでいる人より優先させてあれば出させていただきます」
と言われ食べながら待っていると、結果品切れと言われました（ーー；）
それなら最初からないと言うてくれれば、他の商品を頼んでいたのにホンマ残念です
気を取り直して食べていると、小ぶりな海老は身がしまっていて美味しいです
岩塩が1人1人にお盆に乗っているので、天ぷらに付けても良し、天つゆもあるので天つゆを付けても良しです
蕎麦を食べ終わると、蕎麦湯が出てきました
今まで蕎麦湯を美味しいと思った事はなかったのですが、取引先に美味しいよと薦められ
半信半疑つゆと混ぜて飲んで見ると確かに美味しい 料理全体の美味しさには満足ですが
蕎麦の量が少ないのと、これで1500円近くのお金がかかってしまう事を考えると接待でしか
使えないな〜と思いました

Visited on 2024/02/13 I visited Futaba for lunch for the first time in a while. I ordered the lunch-only menu: Tempura bukkake 1,000 yen, extra noodles 200 yen. The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. Seeing the small amount of soba, I thought I had ordered a large serving, so I asked the waiter, and he said it was a large serving. Lol The taste was excellent, and I wanted to eat as much as I could. Thank you for the meal.
