いつも気まぐれに内容が変わる本日のメニュー。
この日は「チキンカツ」でした。
最初に配膳されたスープは「カブ」
甘くてあっさりしていて、料理を待っている間にちょうどいい上品さ。
メインとのつけ合わせは
里芋のフリットとむらさき大根のマリネ。
お野菜にも拘っています。
チキンカツはサクッと揚げられてあっさりしていて
フルーティーなとんかつソースがかけられている。
なんとなくパンにしたが、ご飯とも絶対に合ったと思う。
