I made a reservation for 11:30 on Sunday. We opened at 11:30 and there were two other groups with reservations. There were table seats and counter seats inside the store. I was guided to a table and chose the Western Cuisine set (¥2,050), Hamburg with demi-glace sauce and a crab cream Croquette, which I ordered with rice. About 10 minutes later, the carrot soup came first. It has a strong carrot flavor, but it's not too strong and it's light. After another 5 minutes, Hamburg and crab cream Croquette arrived. Hamburg is relatively small. The meat is so juicy that the juices overflow when you run a knife through it, and it tastes like a soft lump of umami. Coupled with the adult-like bitter demi-glace sauce, it goes well with the rice. The crab cream Croquette 's batter is as thin as it gets, highlighting the soft texture of the cream and the flavor of the crab. It's delicious just as it is, and it's also delicious with demi-glace sauce. It was a blissful 10 minutes and I finished it in no time. Next time I would like to try the Hida beef stew.
