完璧なビジュアルのノスタ中華そば
スライスゆで玉子、赤い蒲鉾、そしてハム。
これが子供の頃 食べた中華そばの形。
(名古屋だと名古屋蒲鉾、ハム、に花麩
というのが三種の神器と言われてますが!?)
ほんのちょこっと甘みが強かったら100点
あげちゃったと思うぐらい、おつゆ、麺に
至るまで 懐かしさで埋め尽くされてる。
スープだけ飲むと醤油の香りや味が立ち、
甘みも感じられ珍しく飲み干してしまった☺️
前々から狙ってた麺処で前回振られてから
の本日。幸せに思えた１杯でした
