カレーうどんが食べたくて、うどん屋さんに行って来ました。
こちらのお店は、打ち立ての麺を注文を受けてから茹であげると言うこだわりのお店です。
カレーうどん 730円
少し細めの麺は、弾力があり、もちもちしている。歯ごたえと喉ごしの良い麺です。
スープは、カレー風味の中に仄かに香るかつお節等でとっただしの旨みが広がります。
とろみ強めのスープではないが、かと言ってさらさらな訳でもなく丁度中間くらいの感じです。
ねぎ、油あげ、玉ねぎ、豚肉が入っていて、うどん、具、スープを絡めて美味しく頂きました。
