大海老天丼
海老２尾、ピーマン、ナス、蓮根、焼き海苔
天ぷらの色が濃いので濃いめのタレなのかと
色々下調べしての訪問
濃いの苦手なの（涙）
濃いめという意見が多かったので
タレ少なめﾁｮｲｽ
衣は薄めでサクッと
そして驚く程油を感じない軽い衣
ご飯にも油移りナシ
大げさに言うと
油で揚げた天ぷらとは思えないくらい
たくさん油を吸いそうなナスも全く油の重たさナシ
タレ少なめﾁｮｲｽは自分的に丁度よかった
白米をお漬物と楽しめるレベル
丼もいいけど定食も試してみたくなった
また行こう
