休日のランチで伺いました。
年季の入った外観と趣のある石段を上って入店すると、座敷が3か4席に大きなテーブル席があり、1人だったのでテーブルにしました。
天ぷら定食を注文して、待っている間にも次々とお客さんが入ってきます。
天ぷらは黄色っぽい衣で、卵を多めに使っているようです。
魚介と野菜がたっぷりで、薄い衣で美味しくいただきました。
特に穴子が肉厚で、絶品でした。
ご夫婦で切り盛りされていて、ご主人が一人で調理されているからか、グループで来たお客さんの注文が、1人が食べ終わる頃にも他の人の分はまだでした。
ただし常連さんっぽい人ばかりでしたから、わかった上で来ているのだと思います。
