名古屋市西区の江川線沿いにある食味閣さんへ。
駐車場はお店の北側に位置しますが、少し離れています。
明道町交差点から江川線を南下すると左手に看板が出てます。3台分確保されてます。
車を停めて、そのまま南下するとお店が見えてきます。
ランチメニューを見ますと、所謂大陸系のお店ですね。
お店のアップ写真を見ると…此方のお店の店主は、中国全土の料理人の大会でチャンピオンに輝いたとか…凄いですね。
普通なら高級中華のお店でもやってそうなものですが、その店主の料理が大陸系価格で楽しめるのは、何だかお得ですね。
ランチは日替わりと、麺と飯物をチョイスするラーメンセットの二本立てで何方も700円です♪
この手のメニューの麺では、台湾ラーメンを選ぶことが殆どですが、此方のお店は…麻辣麺がありまして、コレが狙いです（笑）
組み合わせはチャーハン。
お母さんがオーダーを取りに来てくれたので、メニュー写真の麻辣麺を指差すと、ソレ、イチバンカライヨッ‼︎ダイジョブ⁉︎…と流暢な日本語で確認してくれました。
予想はピンポンです、麻味の痺れが辣味の刺激を増長してくれますからね。
では、更に辛さ増しにしてねっ♡って、オーダー♪
…お母さん暫し沈黙してましたが、無事オーダーが通りました(^^;; アフターは杏仁豆腐をチョイスです。
店内には夜メニューの写真が貼り巡らされてましたが、豊富でリーズナブル♪
しかも生中はオールタイム280円…◎
チャーハンから、サクッと着丼です。
チャーシューではなく、ハム使いの仕様です。
味は濃い目で、しっとりな仕上がりです。
上手に炒められていまして、美味しいですね。
続いて主役の登場です。
ビジュアルは台湾候で、思ったほど赤くはありませんが、花椒のかほりが控え目ながらも楽しめます。
スープは鶏ガラで、濃い目のカエシ。
辣味は…うん、なかなか尖ったタイプの辣味で、刺激が楽しめます。
花椒の痺れは控え目ですが、食べ進めると、ピリピリとした麻味が効いてきますので、より刺激を感じやすくなります。
思いっきり啜ると咽せること請け合い…って感じです♪
麺自体は、時間が経つにつれて、スープに染まっていってしまいます(^^;;これは致し方無し…
ミンチは噛みしめると五香粉のかほりが微かに楽しめます。クセのない美味しいミンチでした(^-^)/
杏仁豆腐は、フツーの杏仁豆腐でした（≧∇≦）
これで700円はありがたやデスね。
あまり大陸系は利用しませんので細かい比較は出来ませんが、美味しい部類のお店だと思います♪
