名古屋城駅から空港線に出たところにある
ニュータマヤが気になって休日ランチです。
店内は広めで和モダンなくつろぎ空間。
野菜たっぷりのタンメンには興味ないですが
お目当てだった蒲郡ブラック（支那そば）が
わずか１週間前に卒業してショックでした。
その後に始まったのが、中華そばだったので
トリビーから中華そば並を注文です。
◆中華そば並（880円）
◇生ビール（440円）
中華そばは出汁が効いた背脂醤油味スープに
王道の中細ストレート麺が最高のバランス。
薄切りのチャーシューも味が付いて肉肉しく
卓上の山椒や辣油で味変をしながら食べると
とても美味しかったです！！
生ビールが安く、スタッフの接客も丁寧だし
支那そばが復活したら再訪したいですね。
