蒸し暑くなる前でしたが、夜に訪問。
看板商品の1つ〈鶏レモンラーメン〉をいただきに
こちらは口頭注文の後払いシステム。
〈鶏レモンラーメン〉と〈餃子〉をオーダー。
ワンオペでしたが、数分で着丼。餃子もほぼほぼ同時に。
もう、見た目からアッサリ感が漂ってますね〜
麺は加水低目のストレート。
パッツリしていてスープとの相性も良さげ。
そしてスープは鶏ガラベースのアッサリ塩味。
レモンが更にさっぱり感を演出してます。
具材は鶏チャーシュー。コレがまた、アッサリ塩味のスープに寄り添う様な味付け！
味玉もトロ〜んとエエ感じの半熟加減。
何か一心不乱に啜っちゃいましたよwww
餃子は至って普通でしたが、美味しくいただきましたよ。
お店のインスタを見てみると、何やら冷たい麺が好調の様です。
この鶏塩レモンも、温かい麺ですがそのさっぱりさからそこそこ出てるみたいですョ
日本酒等も色々と揃っているので、今度は車を置いて呑みに行ってみたいですねぇ
