お盆に昔ながらの友人と円頓寺商店街でイタリアン。
友人からピザが旨い店って紹介されて伺いました。
頼んだ料理はどれも美味しかったけど、
１つだけ残念な事が。
ピザ窯が温まってなかったのか、発酵不足なのか、出て来たマルゲリータはもはや岩。
…もちもちというかガリガリした食感の生地。
夏の暑い時期だから冷製パスタが美味しい。
外のテラス的な椅子は座るやいなや、蚊の大群に襲われるので虫除けスプレーを借りましょう。
