大好きなホルモン、しかも朝〆たての新鮮な肉がうりという事で初来店。
コロナウイルスの影響で店は暇かと思いきやほぼ満席でビックリ❗️
店内の雰囲気は、トン焼き屋さんとは思えないほどオシャレ、女性だけでも違和感なく入店できそうです。
メニューは、朝〆のホルモン系とジビエ、スープなどなど
先ずは、ホルモン盛合わせ、シロホルモン塩、シロホルモンタレを注文
ホルモン盛合わせ カシラ、ハツ、腎臓
どれも新鮮で美味しい。
生ビールもサッポロでグラスも冷えてて美味しい。
本日メインのシロホルモン塩
正直✖️ 新鮮だが下処理が悪く 臭みがあるし、洗いが雑で脂身がほとんど無くなってる。
シロホルモンタレは、タレのお陰で臭みはなんとかなっているが脂身が無いため甘味がない…
追加のハラミと鹿バラは美味しかった。
全体的に新鮮ではあるが、ホルモン屋さんは下処理が命❗️
せっかく良い肉を使ってるんだから頑張って仕込みして欲しいです。
