今日はミーティングの後の懇親会。会場から割と近くて食べログ評価の高かったお店の
「朝〆ほるもん専門店まるじゅう」さんにお邪魔する事になりました。
ホルモンが大好きなワタクシ♪とても楽しみです。チェックインはミーティングの後なので少し遅めの21時過ぎ。
外観がガラス張りなので、外から店内が丸見え。この時間でも賑わっていますね～。ワクワクが止まりません♪
とりあえず店内に入ってスタッフに声をかけます。すると時間のせいもあるのですが品切れ商品が続出しているとか…。
良い匂いに誘われて、今更ホルモン以外は考えられないので…（笑）とりあえず今あるお肉だけでも頂くことにしました♪
お店の中は結構な人で賑わっています。若いカップルが多いかな～。店内も昔からよくあるホルモン屋ではなくて
どちらかといえばインテリアも洗練されていてスッキリ。ナカナカお洒落な内装だと思います。
味付けはすべてタレで頂きました。僕好みの甘さで、どのお肉もプリプリ。
脂はすべて「あまーいぃぃ♪♪」
きっと新鮮な証拠なんですね♪美味しいと思います。メニューを見ても初めて聞いたような部位もあるので
お店の人のこだわりを随所に感じます。定番商品以外はストックというか在庫がそんなにあるわけではないので
イロイロ食べてみたい人は早めの入店がオススメですね。
スタッフの方とお話していても「ホルモン愛」というか「こだわり」をヒシヒシと感じます～(^▽^;)
御馳走様でした。次回はもっと早くにお伺いをしてイロイロ食べてみたいです。
