浄心の江川線沿いにあるホルモン屋さんです。
３匹目のマンボウでまた時短かとたかを括っていたら、今回は酒類提供禁止付きの実質緊急事態宣言。大村氏完全に飲食業潰しにきたな。
せっかく浄心へパトロールに出たのにあちらもこちらも臨時休業かアルコール抜き営業。マジか。
栄へ踵を返そうとするもこちらの店頭で「お酒飲めます！！」の力強い看板を見つけ入店。そうこなくては。
小ぢんまりした店内はシックな古民家風のテイスト。奥には坪庭も。カウンター席に陣取るととりあえず瓶ビール。出て来たのは赤星。マスター分かってるね。
メニューは豚のモツがメイン。タンからチクワ（血管）まで流してみましたがどれも旨い。角の立つお肉やレモン、仕事が丁寧で繊細な味付け。
タレも下品なニンニク唐辛子まみれではなく薄味の醤油だれ。モツが新鮮なので最低限の味付けに抑えているのでしょう。
お会計も気取ったお値段ではなく平均的なお値段。これはリピート確定です。必ずまた来ます。ごちそうさま。
