ホテルでの夕焼けにしたりながらお店に向かいました。
訪れた日、団体が1組入店され、その団体さんは、まとめての注文ではなく都度注文のため、店主はご立腹の様子。
また予約を時間よりも連絡なしで30分前に訪れたため、さらに火に油を注いだ感じで、気まずい雰囲気。
店主は主張のある性格で、優柔不断な小生とは真逆で辛い。
今宵、料理の友は赤ワイン、イタリア アブルッツォ州「Talamonti Moda' Montepulciano d'Abruzzo タルモンティ・モーダ・モンテプルチャーノ・ダブルッツォ」。
葡萄は、Montepulciano (モンテプルチャーノ)です。
ワインはサンジョベーゼと比べ酸味は少く、またタンニンの多めですが果実味の豊かに感じました。
そしてフルーティーの中にも、タンニンの心地良い重さを感じさせてくれました。
頂いた料理は、胡瓜のキムチ、しろころ、とんちゃん×2。
ホルモンは癖もなく、美味しい。
「しろころ」よりも「とんちゃん」が好みでした。
しろころ とんちゃんに赤味噌の風味が増せば更によいと主観的に思いました。
