名古屋市西区の浄心駅のすぐ目の前にある朝〆ほるもん専門店まるじゅうさんに初めて行きました。お誘いありがとうございます。
ここはナチュラルワインも飲める豚ホルモン焼肉のお店。
しかも朝締めの新鮮なホルモンが頂けるとなればワクワクしない方がおかしいというもの。
さっそくボトルワインで乾杯です。
ホルモンは七輪で焼き上げていきます。
ホルモンは豚ホルメインですが、焼きジビエとしてエゾ鹿なんかもあります。
ハラミもドーナツもコブクロもレバーも美味しい。
タレは生姜醤油につけたり塩で食べたり。生姜醤油は珍しいですよね。
エゾ鹿モモ肉なんて焼肉で食べた事ないですが、とても美味しくてびっくりでした。これはハマる。
ナチュラルワインもセラーに沢山入っていてセルフで開けて持ってくるスタイル。僕みたいな素人にも分かりやすく説明のポップが瓶に貼ってあって助かります。
たまたま名古屋の人気イタリアンシェフや新栄のビストロのシェフなんかもいらっしゃってびっくりでした。また行きたいお店でした。
