Served with sunny lettuce and sprinkled with spiced green onions I personally appreciate the fact that they use Yakumineki instead of regular green onions!! It is also served on a separate plate for the udon The homemade soy sauce with the flavor of vegetables and dashi is exquisite It is the perfect match for the thick chicken cutlet The special soy sauce is really lively and goes great with wasabi It is filling but refreshing and can be eaten in no time I was so engrossed in the bowl that I put the udon off for later It was soft but chewy The udon felt handmade and the gentle broth was very delicious I fantasized about how delicious it would be if I poured this broth over the chicken katsudon and made it into Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）lol I'll try it next time.
